Yes — completely and exclusively. The natural hot spring pool at Mandara Villa is for your group only. No other guests, no resort visitors, no strangers sharing the water. For the entire duration of your booking, the pool — along with every other space in the villa — belongs only to you and your group.

Mandara Villa can accommodate a maximum of 15 guests. The villa has two bedrooms — a Twin Bedroom (2 queen beds, sleeps 4 adults + 2 kids) and a Family Room (2 queen beds + pull-out bed + double deck bunk bed) — plus living areas. Please note the 15-guest maximum applies to overnight stays; please inquire if you plan to have additional day visitors.

Yes. The pool at Mandara Villa is fed by real geothermal hot spring water from the underground springs of Mt. Makiling — the same natural springs that have made Los Baños famous throughout the Philippines for over 400 years. The water is naturally warm, mineral-rich, and flows into your private pool. The jacuzzi is separately heated with a 1-hour complimentary session included in your stay.

Yes, Mandara Villa is pet-friendly — with some guidelines to protect the space for all guests. Pets are welcome in common areas (including the garden and poolside lounge) but are not allowed inside the bedrooms or in the pool. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. We recommend pets wear diapers for hygiene. Any damage or excessive soiling caused by pets may incur an additional cleaning fee. Please mention your pets when you send your inquiry.

Your villa booking includes full use of all amenities: the natural hot spring pool, jacuzzi (1 hour complimentary), entertainment lounge, karaoke, poolside lounge with Adirondack chairs, modern full kitchen, dining pavilion, free WiFi, air-conditioning in all rooms, toiletries, towels, hair dryers, and bidet in all bathrooms. Parking is also available on-site within the gated subdivision. No hidden extra charges for standard use of any of these.

Mandara Villa is located at Block 6 Lot 14, Niagara Street, Springdale Garden Subdivision, Barangay Lalakay, Los Baños, Laguna. Springdale Garden Subdivision is a gated residential community near the slopes of Mt. Makiling. When you send us your booking inquiry on WhatsApp, we'll send you detailed directions and a map pin to make your arrival easy.

Yes — Mandara Villa is a popular choice for birthday celebrations, anniversaries, bachelorette parties, family reunions, and small corporate off-sites. The private nature of the villa (exclusively yours, no other guests) makes it ideal for celebrations. The dining pavilion, poolside lounge, entertainment area, and karaoke system all lend themselves well to gatherings. Please mention the nature of your event in your inquiry so we can best accommodate you.

Because Mandara Villa accommodates only one group at a time, weekends and holiday dates fill up quickly. We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance for weekend stays, and at least 4–6 weeks ahead for holiday periods (Christmas, Holy Week, long weekends). Weekday bookings tend to have more availability. Send us a WhatsApp message with your preferred dates as early as possible to avoid disappointment. A reservation deposit is required to secure your booking.
